Switching Subscription Plans After Trial

Learn how to switch subscription plans after trial.

You can switch subscriptions or monthly/quarterly/yearly plans anytime.

Once the subscription is changed, Stripe (Scale Insight's payment processing platform) will do the following:

Step 1: Stripe will compute your unused time and credit it to your account.

Step 2: Stripe will initiate a new billing cycle based on the newly selected subscription plan.

Step 3: Stripe will use the prorated credit to offset the billing of the new plan.

  • Example 1. If you have $100 credits and the new plan costs $748/year, you will be charged $648 during the switch.

  • Example 2. If you have $200 credits and the new plan costs $78/month, your credit will reduce to $122, but you will not incur any charges during the switch.
