How to create sub-user access to Scale Insights

Why we Request Access

When we need to investigate an issue more deeply, having temporary sub-user access lets our Support team check your data and setup directly. We won’t make any changes to your automation or settings; this access is only to review relevant pages and data for troubleshooting.

How to Provide Access

1. Click the drop-down menu at the top right corner of the main dashboard and select Sub Users.

2. Click on the New button.

3. Fill in the Name and Email address of the sub-user.

Use these details for the Scale Insights support team sub-user access:

  • Name: Scale Insights Support

  • Email: subuser+[YourBrandName]@scaleinsights.com

Please replace “[YourBrandName]” with your brand or company name so our support team can receive the sub-user login details.

 4. Select the relevant permissions for the sub-user and click Update.

To enable the support team to access all necessary pages and data for the investigation, please grant permissions to all categories except the Settings category.

We won’t make any changes to your automation settings; we’ll only review the pages and data needed for the investigation.
